14-day refund window
Request a refund within 14 days of your initial Pro purchase and we'll process it in full.
How to request
Email billing@statementiq.app from the address on the account. Refunds usually arrive within 5 business days.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are pro-rated for the unused months if cancelled after the 14-day window.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly every issue within 24 hours.
